Where can I buy tickets?
You can buy the tickets from the staff at the bus stops (payment in cash or by credit card), at the automatic sales machines (payment by credit card) or paying the Aerobús driver (cash only payments).

Can tickets be booked in advance?
No. They must be bought going on the Aerobús. The single ticket can be used up to one hour after purchase and the return ticket is valid up to 9 days after first validity.
Do children pay?
Children under 4 years old don’t pay. From 4 years on everybody pays the same price for the ticket (at current fares).

Does the Aerobús work all day?

Is there a service at weekends and Bank Holidays?
The Aerobús service is 365 days a year, without exception, and always at the same times.

Are animals allowed?
Pets are allowed as long as they are in boxes or cages of appropriate sizes and that do not bother other passengers. Blind and deaf people can travel with their guide dogs.
Are there luggage restrictions?
Everything that can be transported on the aeroplane can be taken on the Aerobús. There is a specifically designed space in the inside of the vehicles for suitcases and packages.
